trying to come back

hi trying to come back to play ddo but i still get a error when i login. could this be do to not playing in over a year my account been wiped? who do i get back to playing again with my old account? i aslo keep getting a error in the updates programs that says unspecified error in the update program. what dose that mean? havn't change anything or removed it from my pc just havn't played in awhile.
