hi trying to come back to play ddo but i still get a error when i login. could this be do to not playing in over a year my account been wiped? who do i get back to playing again with my old account? i aslo keep getting a error in the updates programs that says unspecified error in the update program. what dose that mean? havn't change anything or removed it from my pc just havn't played in awhile.

The part of this I am sure of is that your account/characters are still whereever you left them.

Someone should be along shortly to give you some suggestions on making the prog go - but you *might* need to resign yourself to uninstalling/reinstalling if something has corrupted the game files.


edit: How long ago are we talking about by "over a year?" If it's been since before F2P went live, may help folks make suggestions.

You might want to try giving people a little more to work with this time....

What exactly IS the error? Can you log into your turbine account? Do you simply not remember your password?
