    Default Can't cancel subscription?

I am looking to cancel my current subscription, which is one of those 3 month deals. I don't think I have already done so, but when I pull up my account information it tells me my account is already pending cancellation.

The cancellation date that is pending shows as : Pending Cancellation: March 31, 130367

Because it thinks I am already cancelling, I don't have the option to actually do that. I think my next cycle is supposed to hit on 4/25. How can I be sure that I'm actually cancelled, and what that date is, so I am not charged?

I'd like to assure you that if it says "Pending Cancellation" then your account is already scheduled to cancel the subscription payment and VIP access on your next billing date. Once that option is selected, the "Cancel" button disappears (since there's no need to cancel twice).

We are aware of some display issues with the next billing date on the Account Management website (however these errors do NOT affect the status of the account). If you'd like to confirm you next billing date (the date the VIP cancellation fully takes effect on) please contact the Account Management department. Contact information is listed in my signature.

I'd also like to assure you that we are working to resolve the date display errors, and once again note that the errors are solely related to the date. The status of any subscription/account on the website (Free, VIP, Premium, Pending Cancellation, etc) is correct.
