Want to point out that both 20th level wizards I transferred that are lev 3 Pale masters lost shroud of the lich and had it replaced by the new vampire thing. In both cases they were not left with enough skill points to retake the enhancement. I don't like the fact that I will have to pay to reset the enhancements. Think you might get a few complaints on it.

Resetting enhancements at level 20 is free. Even on live.

Less complaiing, more resetting and actaully paying attention to how mcuh you paid, a whole zero.

Sorry I must not have explained it well enough. I just checked and my for my level 18 it will cost 3,240 pp to reset his enhancements. You can take Pale Master III at 18 thus it will have a cost for a lev 18 or 19 to fix. On top of that we lost the enhancements for (in my case) fire. So I assumed I would not have an issue with shroud of the lich, however even loosing enhancements (from release notes, "All sorcerer and wizard damage amplification, spell critical chance, and spell critical multiplier enhancements have been removed.") I was left with out enough action points to retake shroud of the lich. Which was odd, I assumed I would have some extra points with the loss of my fire enhancements.

So I was not expecting to loose enhancements and not be left with enough points to retake Shroud of the Lich. If this occurs for level 18 and 19 Wizards it will cost to correct it. And the worst part to me is that I had hoped to gain points from the enhancement changes so that I could up my spell penetration, instead I am actually going to have to reset my enhancements and remove something to get Shroud of the Lich back. I didn't say it would kill me, it was just unexpected.

I think most people will consider this cost to be insignificant. for a moment when you said skill points i thought you were talking about needing a lesser reincarnation, not a simple enhancement point reset.

Not only is the cost insignificant, but its on Lama, who the heck cares about spending oodles of plat on lama?

As for the issue transferring over to Live, be happy thats all that you'll have to spend. Us Sorcs will have to either TR, LR, or take forever to trade stuff out and have to pay bagoodles of plat to do so.

This happened before on u5 when everyone had to redo their skill enhancements.
Lots of people didn't even noticed they had to reset their enhancements for quite a long while.

Which is it? Level 20 or Level 18?

Who the hell cares about 3k plat?

All this was in the release notes too. Someone else complained about this too...but at least PM's didn't get nerfed.

All sorcerers, bards and favored souls are getting a special item that, when turned in, will give them 1 hour to make any adjustments they need to for their spells known and will be able to acquire the same item via the first level of Agents of Argonessen favor (assuming you don't already have 75).

Read the release notes before *****ing people.

Perhaps you should consider rereading those release notes, they only say that the blood of the dragon will be available as a Favor reward, nothing else. Besides that only helps with spells, I highly doubt that very many Sorcs have SF Evo or Conjur as a feat, they may have Arcane Prodigy.

Besides I'm not the one ***ing, I'm just informing this PM(ser) that he has no right to complain, is all.

That's fair. I may have been mistaken about the release notes, but a dev has definitely stated that all of the spells known crowd will be getting the Blood of the Dragon.

As for feat respecs, yeah, those aren't cheap. Welcome to the club everyone else has been in with new content coming out.

U9 coming out sometime around 2012, so you got a lot of time to get to 20.

And yea, respec costs plat when ur still leveling. Once your 20 its free.
