Please move gr necro foc prereq to pale master III

You are giving us an interesting option in the way of vampire form for those of us who like playing around with battlemages next mod. I think you should throw those of us who would like to make a battlemage a bone.

Drop Greater necro focus back to palemaster III. Reasons:

1. It will still be necessary for those who are pure caster only pale masters so its still taking a feat.
2. It ties in with the most powerful form - liches who are obviously masters of necromancy rather than vampires and wraiths who are lesser undead some not noted ofr their casting ability
3. Makes battlemage forms more interesting without a cumbersome 2 feat penalty. One i get am and fine with but 2 just seems a little rough, Think 12 wizzy/6x/2x - not a master of necromancy but certainly proficient. With these deep splash builds 2 feats is rough whilst 1 is only half as bad.
