Completionist love devs?

Why not leave it as it is as far as you need to take it, BUT:

Make it worth one (1) prereq feat for a PrE.

Ex. Tempest needs Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack (in that order due to prereqs).. This feat could replace the last (spring attack).

So feat-starves classes can take the Completionist Feat and still have options to take other feats/PrE.

Not sure how that would look in-game though.

We already get a free "feat" for each past life we complete. I would rather this feat never existed. And I say that as someone who will "achieve" it. But again, my opinion, and obviously in the minority.
