Do Malleable weapons bind on acquire?

Fusible weapons do not bind on acquire, they bind on equip -- which is why AH is full of Rocksplitters and Fury Blades. Once equipped, they are BtC. Once upgraded in Cauldron of Sotra Kell they are again unbound -- the only example in DDO so far that I know of a Crafting ritual decreasing Bind status.

Marks of Sheshka, etc. are BtA on acquire.

My question is: Do Malleable weapons bind on acquire? I do not see any on AH, so my guess is yes. And if so, are they BtA or BtC? And are they bound if upgraded?

They are BtA on acquire. Upgraded versions are BtC on equip (although I cannot confirm this myself, so I would suggest to craft them on the character going to equip them, just in case).
