FYI, pure rogue can't go AA; you need to be able to cast spells. The other issue for rogue AAs is feat shortage. Have a look at my Triple A build in my sig for one example of a rogue AA.

You have a casting cleric with no heighten? Blasphemy! I think heighten is much more useful than 100 extra sp. Make the casts you have count for more! Also, I personally would put the points in dex on the cleric somewhere else and take UMD instead of tumble/jump (Not a big deal either way, I guess, but having the option of UMD is very nice). Still keep one rank into tumble so you can actually tumble.

Regarding enhancements... I think the SP enhancements, spell pen III, and improved empower healing are very expensive for what they give you. Did you take the human improved healing amplification or the higher tiers of wand and scroll mastery? Both help your heals go further.

On Empower Healing my take is take one tier or 3. If you're taking two tiers, why not double your SP reduction for the exact same amount you already put in? Taking one tier is okay as well.

W/S Mastery: I generally take only one tier in this for the 25% boost. I don't see much further use from this as I don't use many scrolls (but have them) and don't have the AP for it.

For your cleric, have a look at sirgog's build catalog, specifically his offensive cleric. Max WIS, good CON, maybe some STR, dump everything else (except maybe INT if you need the skill pts); focus on meta feats which boost your DPS, DCs, and/or Spell Pen.

Your AA looks OK. You're slightly gimping your DPS & HPs by putting so many pts into INT & DEX (any chance you can get +2 tomes for either?), but it's not a fatal flaw IMHO. I might tweak the leveling order a bit to move up your rgr lvls - you don't get Manyshot & ITWF until lvl 10 - but I'm guessing you staggered out your lvls to help spread your skill pts around. Might want to keep Search & Disable more balanced; can't disarm what you can't find, after all, and I'm guessing you don't have a lot of twink gear. Also consider a build with more rogue or ranger lvls to give you more skill pts; as well as adding khopesh prof. - once you rack up your enhs you may find you don't have enough APs left for the elven scimitar enhs, in which case khopeshes are better DPS. [Actually they're better DPS anyway, but the gap narrows if you have the elven enhs.]

I don't see too many WF Kensai bother to load up on so much DR, perhaps because there are items & buffs for DR. But I'll let someone who's more of a WF expert weigh in. Though I would definitely recommend picking up a rank or two of Healer's Friend. And you don't have Superior Weap Focus; that's a Kensai III pre-req.

Thanks again for the tips.On the cleric I went 10 dex because someone told me that he REALLY regreted going with 8 dex.I went with what he said and it's a bit late now, although thanks for pointing it out.Same story with cha,I asked a lvl20 cleric and thats what he said to go with.

For the AA build I'm afraid I'm way to poor to afford +2 tomes.I sort of speced it for end-game(enev if I've never gotten there) as everyone says rangers are gimped and I wanted to prove them wrong even at the cost of lvling ease.By then I will hopefully will be able to afford a TR or LR or just a feat swap or two to sort out khopeshes vs scimitars.I mainly went with scimitars for the awsome crit range and reduced price.Once again once I can craft GS khopeshes I can swap a feat for them.

If anyone has experience with WF fighter kensai builds I would appreciate any help.

Special thanks to Unbongwah so far

This is a very good fighter build that is easily modified to be a TWF Khopesh user as stated by the OP. I am currently leveling this build up and a tr'd fighter and find it very strong. To use this build with Khopesh i would drop quick draw and take Khopesh proficiency at Lvl 14 and use a Great axe till lvl 9 or 10 then use scimitars from 10-14. And bump dodge back to lvl 15 take mobility and spring attack at 18 and last toughness at 20.

The idea is to boost her survivability with Displacement (Lesser Shadow DM); plus who doesn't want a cool glowing facial tattoo? For skills I would go with Balance, Hide, MS, Spot, and UMD, with a rank of Tumble to unlock it. [As a ranger, she can self-buff with Jump spell so no real need for pts into that.] Dump-stating WIS makes low-lvl spellcasting tougher (need at least +3 WIS item or Owl's WIS), but the boost to DPS from STR 18 makes it worthwhile in the long run, IMHO.

I also did a barb 18 / ftr 2 build along the same lines: higher HPs & melee DPS, but none of the ranger spells, archery feats, etc. Barb is for hitting, rgr is for versatility, IMHO.

I scraped my wf kensai as it would have ended up very like Goldeneyes one and I don't want to steal someone elses build.Bad form lol.It was mainly an experiment to see what people thought of it.I can re-post it if people want to debate about its merits.

Thanks again Unbongwah for the build you posted, will probably reroll my tempest and go with your one.For that build and my AA what feat would you suggest swapping out to get khopesh proficincey? Also for both of them would I be best off using a 2h weapon until at least, say lvl8? or around there?

On your AA, I would drop either OTWF or GWF for khopesh; neither is necessary. In fact I might drop the other for Quick Draw (reduces delay in activating action boosts like Haste) or to tweak the rest of your feats to be a khopesh (Slash) Kensai rather than a longbow (Ranged) Kensai. Depends on whether you want to focus on melee or ranged DPS.

On my Shadow Tempest, the idea was to use scimitars, simply because there's very little wiggle room with feats: four Tempest I/III pre-reqs (D/M/SA/OTWF); the two Shadow DMs are key to the entire purpose of the build; and every melee build should have PA, IMHO. So that leaves IC Slash or Toughness if you really want khopeshes, but I don't want to drop either: losing the former lowers your DPS when not using keen/Min2 weaps and losing the latter costs 52 HPs on a squishy race-class combo - not a good idea, IMHO. My view is elf racial enhs + max STR + IC Slash + PA + rgr FEs means you'll do enough DPS w/scimmys to be fine, esp. since the nerf to helplessness in U9 actually helps low-crit-multiplier high-crit-range weapons like scimitars & rapiers. [If anything I would want to squeeze in Extend not khopesh to double the duration of Displacement for free.]

I presonaly love the idea of the massive crit range of scimitars.I only asked as this entire forum seems to treat khopeshes as the weapon of god(or the devil).I've never used dragon marks before and I am looking forward to having a super cool tatoo While using manyshot does each arrow or each time you fire have a chance to crit?

The U9 nerf to helplessness actually helps scimmy & rapier wielders. Currently when a mob is held or stunned, every hit on it is an auto-crit, so naturally this is why weapons which do high crit dmg are preferred, especially in epics where the most popular tactic seems to be "Mass Hold + dual heavy picks until dead." This worked out badly for low-crit-multiplier weapons, since they did a lot less per hit than picks or khopeshes.

But U9 changes helplessness to a flat +50% dmg to hits, which re-levels the DPS playing field. Khopesh still wins, of course, but the downfall of picks is accompanied by the rise of scimitars & rapiers again. The way I see it, the slightly lower DPS of scimitars (w/elf racial enhs) vs khopeshes is compensated for by the fact scimitars are better for proc-on-crit effects like Bodyfeeder, Enfeebling, etc. [Unfortunately, I don't think there are any slashing Banishers, but you do get Vorpal scimitars, so it's kind of a fair trade.] It's not ideal DPS, but frankly if you wanted ideal DPS, you wouldn't make an elf ranger in the first place.

Incidentally, it would also be possible to add the Shadow DMs to your AA build by swapping them for OTWF & GWF (and sticking with scimitars or rapiers); might need to rejigger feat order a bit to take them early on, though. Then you could have a matching pair of tattoos.

This certainly clears up my doubts about the U9 nerfing.Been wondering for a while.

I have gotten my AA build to lvl4 but will certainly look into getting DM's for it.I personaly find OTWF to be a bit of a wast of a feat, but as usual,I go with what I'm told and take it all the time lol.Around what level would it be a good idea to switch from THF weapons to TWF?

Rolled up the Shadow Tempest and love the tatoo. ^_^

IIRC you make a separate attack roll for each arrow you fire, so yes there is a chance to crit on all of them.

The usual advice is to wait until you have at least ITWF; but really it depends on what gear you have and what you find works best for you. E.g., I've seen TWF builds use a Carnifex all the way to GTWF, simply because the crit DPS from it is that awesome: 20% chance of x3 crit on min lvl 4 2H weapon (so 1.5x STR bonus to dmg before crit) = Whereas someone who doesn't have a Carnifex might find they do better DPS switching to TWF sooner.

I belatedly remembered that I already have a rogue 2 / rgr 6 / ftr 12 AA Kensai build with Dragonmarks. You'll have to tweak it to fit your current AA, but it will give you some idea of how to work in the DMs if you want.

Well, since none of your builds are FvS or sorcerers, the new PrEs have no bearing. To be honest, I haven't fully grokked all the other spellcasting changes yet, so I can't really comment on them. The wiki has a page for the new crafting system, but I must confess my eyes glazed over when I tried reading it. You might want peruse the Lammy forums for threads about U9.

For the cleric, I would also put the dex somewhere else, but I'd add it to charisma for the extra aura/burst.

U9 is great imo My heal spells now cost around 40% less sp!Whats not to like?I have(sort of) got my head around the basics about crafting but it just seems like a trek and a half to lvl up lol.
