WF Pure Barb DPS

Is Shade's WF 20 Barb build still the max DPS(or Very Very high DPS) for a pure WF barb? If not can someone tell me what is if you can . Please and Ty

If you really want to stay pure barb then shade prob the best for you ...
However 18barb/2fighter is better choice because you get 2 more combat feats and haste boost I wich will out dps the capstone and the glancing blow increases

haste boost I alone wont make up the difference.

15% more dmg, vs +5 dmg from dmg boost IV, +3 str and +10% glancing blow dmg..

If you base damage is about 80, then the +5 alone nearly breaks even, add in the str glancing blows and your far ahead as pure. If your can manage a 110+ base damage, then they are pretty close..
110 x 1.15 = 126
110 +5 +3 from str, +10 from glancing blows = 128
That ignores elemental dmg/crits tho. Factor in vs crits/elem and the haste boost pulls slightly ahead, while pure wins for 100% fort.

That said the feats can make up the difference, and even if they didnt, fitting in toughness + stun is pretty nice.. Check out my half orc guides for more details.
