We have cavalry plate, we have epic cavalry plate....but we don't have any cavalry. No one in the game, player, NPC, enemy or otherwise rides a horse, or any other beast for that matter.

The aforementioned Siegebreaker has the only "real" Cavalry, even with the appropriate sound bite.

There is also a Kobold who rides a Minotaur, and a Bugbear who rides a Fen Cat.

On topic, a number of the Sands epic items need further adjustments. This thread lists many, more should probably be posted there.
