    Default Vorpal Changes

I think this is the proper area to ask this question.

With the new changes to how Vorpal works...

If I was weilding a +1 Vorpal Scimitar of Greater Undead Bane and I scored a natural 20 and confirmed that critical.
Will the weapon do its Greater Undead Bane damage Plus an Untyped 100 points on top since you cannot take the head off a wraith? (Vampire is the exception)

    If so,
Does this same mechanics work against Contructs if I had a +1 Vorpal Scimitar of Greater Contruct Bane?

    And so on...

Vorpal still only works on creatures that can be vorpalled. That includes the 100dmg. Vorpal has not changed in that regard. What has changed is that vorpals now work on red/purple names, and also the overall dmg vorpal applies and how it is applied.
-Thelanis toons- Alektronic (wolf), Bakeneko (monk), Ghyldra (druid), Hermeros (crafter), Lecker (wf wiz),
Panaceus (elemental barb), Quallus (SDK), Taigong (acrobat), Vamprix (warlock), Vercigetorix (bard)

Is this actually true? Does the same apply to Banishing/Destruction/Smiting? Because, to be honest, I haven't seen it stated that these things will work on red/purple names. My impression was that the death immunity was being removed from 'trash mobs' and orange-named but I didn't think that was applying also to red/purple named.

If it will apply to red/purple I would be pleasantly surprised, but I've been assuming that it would not.

I was under the impresssion that by removing arbitrary deathward effects (regarding epics) also applied to regular quests as well. Obviously, this doesn't cover someone actually casting a deathward spell. Haven't tested it on lammy, so I might be reaching on my interpretation there. Anyone noticed the 100dmg pop up in red/purple name fights?
