Default Do Banishing Fists and Banishing Handwraps "stack" ?

The release notes say that Banishing Fists doesn't deal the extra 4d6 damage, which is understandable since that + a set of Banishing Handwraps would be +8d6 extra damage, which would be overpowered.

And I know if the mob is under 1000 hp, and you roll a Vorpal Strike, its dead, regardless if you are using both the outfit + handwraps.

But, if you roll a Vorpal Strike, and the mob is over 1000 hit points, will it take 100 damage or 200 if you use both the outfit and a set of handwraps at the same time?

I would assume it will stack. But never know. Assassin III doesn't do 100dmg > 1000 HP so wouldn't surprise me that it doesn't grant 100 dmg

It does do the 100 damage on vorpal strikes, if anyone has some banishing handwraps they could give me, I'd be willing to test if they stacked.
