    Default Recipe Success Rate Too Low

    What a crock. All the recipes that give the good xp are now "Base Success Rate Too Low" You really want to destroy crafting before it even gets off the ground? If a player is willing to risk it all on a 5% chance then they should have the reward of the XP, otherwise the grind will become too much for anyone to take.

    I was kinda testing that last night, but I never really kept track of my prior attempts when we were allowed to craft with less then 50%. But from a glancing view, there will be less chance of failures, meaning less cost. The leveling will seem slower, and place the player in the Crafting Hall longer. Now instead of just 2 minutes to burn through 2000 essences, they will be in there for 6-10 minutes
    The player that was unlucky ( I'm one of them) will be less likely to become frustrated seeing 100% Failures because I went got the 5%'er.

    Anyways you was not supposed to be able to anything below 50%.

    I'm not disagreeing with you, I would love to have the chance to do the 5%, if that gets me leveled faster. It was cheaper too in the long run. Less time spent in Crafting Hall and more questing.
    Just there may be those that always do it risky, and we'll see the whine how the system is screwing them with a 90% failure rate , and Turbine is ripping them off. Granted there will also be those that know the risk and say nothing

    The key problem with this setup is that it still shows XP for non eligible combines below 50%, while it doesn't show for 0% recipes.

    So, basically... the game is saying 'Hey, you can grind on these easy 10xp recipes for awhile, but if you can make one of these really tough ones, we'll hook you up with 1200 xp! Oh wait, we're not actually going to let you try to do it... but if we did, it would be a lot of xp...'

    Thats just a slap in the face to the player. If you're not going to let us try the combine, don't tell us how much xp you'd give us if we were allowed to try it.

    I still see the 0% ones, but it may be the way I'm using the Filter too

    Being able to craft anything below 50% success rate was a BUG. The BUG was fixed. =)
