"I know sword and board sucks" build ideas

I've thinking about builds that take advantage of the new snb damage reduction feats, bashing attacks, and bsword or daxe glancing blows

Criteria

1. uses daxe or bsword(either dwarf or spend a feat)
2. has the following feats in addition to the standard kit: imp bashing, shield mastery, thf, ithf, (gthf ideally but optional)
3. has at least 6 damage reduction, more is better

Here are the builds ideas that match the criteria:

1. 2 fighter 18 frenzy barb dwarf
feats: toughness, PA, imp crit slash, cleave, gthf and mandatory 4
dr: 8 including enhancements

2. 20 stalwart fighter horc/dwarf
feats: bsword(or toughness), toughness, pa, imp crit slash, focus slash, weapon spec slash, iweapon spec slash, stunning blow, gthf + mandatory 4, weapon focus bludgeon, weapon spec bludgeon, imp crit bludgeon, quickdraw
dr: 6 from stalwart PRC
also has the bonus of an easily attainable meaningful AC

horc has 4 more str from race and more damage from power attack and thf enhancements
dwarf has 40-80 more hp from race, enhancements, and extra toughness feat, dwarf also can get a better AC from enhancements

3. 20 fighter kensai WF
feats: bsword, toughness, pa, imp crit slash, focus slash, weapon spec slash, iweapon spec slash, gfocus slash, sfocus slash, adamant body, gthf + mandatory 4, stunning blow, quickdraw, imp damage reduction
dr: 6 from feats and enhancements

After looking at the benefits I'm leaning toward choice 2 as dwarf but what does everyone think?

What about incorporating 6 or 7 levels of pally in there? Maybe Kensai II/DOS I? I know you lose some DR that way but your DPS will be better than option 2 and your hate generation will be better than all 3 of your options. I would stick with dwarf personally rather than spend a feat on bastard sword.

Fighter 20 - dorf - full THFing line and uses Great-axes when not tanking. I think the capstone's 10% double-strike with full glancing-blows and hate generation might not suck.

It's on my list of toons to build next but by the time I get around to it the rules will change yet again

20 dwarf with all those feats is exactly what I have planned as a fighter past life for my dwarf cleric. To try it out. If I really like it I might role a permanent one

My u9 SB build idea. Lacks DPS from THF feats, but gets AC, lots of threat, some self healing, and evasion. All around good tank, especially since THF doesn't help against the bosses he is designed to tank against. As a Warforged, total threat generation is around 7 times normal, meaning it can afford to turtle up occasionally to benefit from a DR 47.
