Suggestion:
Melf's Corrosive Mist
Make it the same level as the new cold and lightning spells, please. Single target - as the Mist settles on a single target. Similar damage profile, too.
Acid is in bad need of more spells. Even Fire is getting a new spell in this Update, and I think it's time to even things up a tad. True, I'm just making this up, but it sounds good, and as I said - Acid is in need of more spells.

If if there is a spell like that, what would the damage be over time? Should it have extend? Since they did nerf FW a bit with only a 30 second duration, but the 50% more damage is quite sweet. I'm guessing maybe 6d6 acid damage every 2 seconds?
