    Default Minor/Major Weaken: Which Spells?

NEW: Debuff spells which weaken will saves now scale with level.
Minor weaken effects start at -2 and increase to -4 by level 10, and last for 8 seconds.
Major weaken effects start at -2 and increase to -6 by level 20, and last for 12 seconds.

Release notes contain above but no spell descriptions I can find in the notes or the game have this kind of wording. Anyone know which Debuff spells are being affected?

Probably Mind Fog but that is only a guess. I am a good guesser though.

at a guess, it's referring to the spells they changed to add debuffs...

hypnotism, hypnotic pattern, touch of idiocy, crushing despair, solid fog.

but possibly also mind fog, hard to know.

Daze monster has a debuff too.

I'm guessing we should look at which were -3 as minor and which were -5 as major, which makes sense. When I was looking at a couple quickly I didn't see anything indicating which was which.

Crushing Despair is currently applying a 15 second debuff at level 20. I didn't have anyone to do some PvP arena testing, so I'm not sure exactly how much it is debuffing at the moment.

during build 1, hold monster and hold monster mass, both suggestions, both charms, all applied a "vulnerable" buff to mobs in epics. naming conventions aside, i imagine if it has a will save, and can fail, it places a debuff of this nature now. of course i could be noting two different debuff classes, but meh, starting to feel burned out on hopping in and trying to check these things each time i see them..

Btw, did anyone test yet in which order the effects apply? If the debuff effect comes first, this would effectively be a huge boost to enchantment dcs on those spells, and especially interesting considering mind fog would hit at a -6 and never grants a new save as long as the mobs stay in there. Also, do they stack? I don't suppose so, because that seems rather overpowered.
From the wording in the patch notes it would seem the spell effect applies first, but who knows how these things work...
