Savant advice

Hi I am going to Greater reincarnate my 28 pt build when update 9 arrives (do not have time to tr might do it later).

I have played DDO for about 6 months now and have much less time to play than I would like!

I like playing the nuker and is really the only thing that I am good at...

So I was thinking either Air or Ice savant and what feats would go with those prestiges?

Considering they are still working out the kinks and tweaking savants on Lamannia, any advice given here may VERY quickly be outdated. I would re-ask this closer to Update 9's unannounced release date, when they have a more stable idea of which savants use what. Right now however ice is the "best" savant nuker, with Air savant having wings instead of damage.
