    Default A Spellcaster

I have been reading all the Lammania reports so far.

I am seeing the huge DOOOOOOOOOM reports of the spell pass.

I am also seeing the doom reports of Intimidate.

I am also seeing the reports of stunning.

I seriously wonder how bored the player base is to actually complain about the Dungeons and Dragons game, adapted to MMO format, that they actually want to be like other MMO's ?

Which is what we DON'T want.

" When is there gonna be a follow command" LAME !!!

My firewall got "nerfed" LAME !!

If you don't like Dungeons and Dragons then don't play.

Stop crying about how the DM'S balance the game for overall experience of the overall player base.

    Play for free somewhere else.

Oh, and the gripe about having to "line up " your lightning bolts, PLAY ON A SQUARE GRID MAP !! wizards are not supposed to cast and jump, and fighters are not supposed to just stand there and "intimidate all the mobs at once into attacking them. "

Cmon folks, you are all too bored and just want "rare " drops to make you seem like a better player.

    Like i always say HAVE FUN !!!! IT'S A GAME !!!!

Oh and if you do pay VIP, then shut up and support. If you play for Free, then shut up and support. The people behind this game are initially doing it for love, yes they need to get paid as well, but if you can do better then give em a resume' .

Ok. So everybody should just be happy no matter what is done to the game? I actually agree with the idea if it is fun then play if it is not then go play something that is. And I have several times left the game when it was no longer fun for me.

I dont like all the Doom threads and all the whining threads either but I do think we as player base NEED to give constructive feedback to devs as the game is being developed to make the game FUN for the players.

Turbine is a business and D&D is a product and the player base are the customers. If Turbine is like most companies are these days they at least try to be customer oriented instead of product oriented. In that case they WANT and NEED to hear what the customers are thinking of the game. That means both the positive and negative. Unlike for most products the customer feedback is fairly direct through the forums.

I am not a VIP - anymore - but I still do spend about 10 bucks a month on the game each month as long as the game is fun for me. When it no longer is I move my time and money to other things that are more fun....and no you cant have my stuff because at some point I will return.

Just to call you up on this , its fair enough to say this and I dont always agree with the chicken little mentality , but its important thta not too many people leave the game . Their cash is contributing to the development costs of the game .

If you dont like our product dont buy it is not a good marketing strategy for a company.

    Doom !!!

He eats a lot of popcorn watching the DDO forums.
The greatest mistake wizards make is to think they can change the world.
The greatest mistake the gods make is to let a few of them get away with it.

If you don't like reading doom threads, don't go to a games forums.
Disappointed and without trust in the powers that be.

    Default feedback is vital

While I agree people can get into a "its dooomed!" mentality player criticism is a VERY good thing. This does not just include bugs but also what players want to see added or removed the game. Isn't that one of the reasons for Lamania? Now they, Turbine, need to a way to get some opinions from people who do not use the forums, or maybe they already do.

I still make popcorn the old fashioned way in the pan. I have two cats, so that's a lot of popcorn.
The worse this game gets, the more I am inching towards making my own DDO! [ With Unreal Engine, Blackjack and Hookers too! Hookers as in Fish ]
