    Red face Regular titan raids

most ppl seem to hate this raid and most vets go "ppl are still running that?". but it is probably one of the most rewarding. I have 3 flagged toons and would like to run this raid more often. so instead of setting an lfm and sitting on it for hours i would like to know if any of the players out there are interested in running this on a more regular basis. I know most ppl have a RL and tons of end game quests to grind. so we can fix the time on a run by run basis. not everybody has to be in every run. If we can get together a group of 5-6 we should be able to pull atleast 2-3 raids a week.

leave a msg here if you would like to run this

I am happy to help you get flagged for the quest as well.

I've got a couple of characters flagged and needing gear and would personally love to see a few more Titans up. Just don't expect me to know anything about the preraid other than "Taxi in sub," however. :P

There are actually Several people that lead this raid on multiple characters routinely, usually every 3 days. I was one of them, but I've recently true reincarnated. I don't want to point fingers and give names but just keep an eye out. Of course, the twenty or so titan runs that get done each week do seem terribly rare when you compare it with (I'm going to guess) half a thousand VoD runs per week or even (definitely accurate) Over 9,000 per week Shroud runs.

I think that while many veterans have already got what they wanted, most of the newer players simply don't see the value in the Titan Raid Loot and that they're trash - a waste of time. I don't know how many hundreds of times I've had to slap logic into the ignorant minds of how significant Seven Fingered Gloves (+5 umd, Arcane Spell Failure -10%) are Or how the Belt of Brute Strength (Greater False Life, +6 Strength) with Minimum Level 9 is comparable to a Minimum Level 18 Amrath gear. Taken into account the Minimum Level, Titan Raid Loots are truly some of the Best equipments in game And certainly ideal for True Reincarnates.

I think we need to convince more of the clueless players about how awesome and time worthy the Titan Raid genuinely is. Wishful thinking, but I'd like to think this might draw in even a little bit more attention and motivation for newbies to LEARN or at least T-R-Y.

P.S. I'm extremely unreliable as far as schedules and routines are concerned, but if you ever need someone who knows what's up to help get through puzzles or the actual Raid and if you manage to catch me while I'm available on Kuniken... I'll happily join on my semi inactive alts: Bojutsu/Guoxian. And I'll even teach those that are willing to learn ~

Yusif is back to running them regularly. Usually runs them about 8pm Eastern. I missed his last one over the weekend so I don't know when the next one is.

Many more are run, but only in private groups unfortunately.

I personally am almost always up for running one. I have a caster and my cleric flagged, and know the red side well. I haven't had a chance to learn green yet, so I am not ready to lead my own groups. In addition, since my cleric has all the items I wanted to get from Titan, anything I get will be put up for roll.

I usually run atleast one a week with my closer friends usually doing it 3-4 man to just knock out the completion. If you like I can start throwing them up in groupings to fill for some people. Tonight I have a guild raid at 7:30 central, a quick abbot. So can look forward to seeing it in groupings anytime around 8:30 central. Look forward to seeing you.

No, this is a HUGE misconception here. You do Not Need to be a Rogue to run crystals, in fact, it's Not even advantageous. You can have Negative move silently/hide checks and Still sneak to the crystal generator. Sneak is essentially invisible no matter what, so as long as you stay out of the Warforges' Hearing Range - just sneak in and aim for the center until the crystal generator is barely clickable and sneak right out... and then UNsneak when you're completely out of the room and out of sight from the Warforged and start running to the Gun while avoiding the Titan.

I'm honestly not sure what the advantage of a Rogue doing this job is. A Favored Soul to Leap of Faith, a Monk that can run and abundant step at insane speed, a hasted self reconstructing Warforged, a hasted negative energy absorbing Pale Master, a sprint boosting ranger or barbarian... there's just so many better choices. But don't get me wrong, I'm not saying a Rogue is a bad choice - What I'm saying is that ANYONE can run crystals. Although, preferably whoever runs Top also has decent balance (but it's not necessary).

When handling crystals, remember that you want a Death Ward and Freedom of Movement.

Btw, I encourage you to learn gun as well ;P if there's one role that favorably incorporates a rogue's balance, it's The Gun.

Not sure, but I was under the impression that was his char with best balance. I wasn't going to smite him for not knowing these things.

i know... but with balance in the mid 40s thats the only toon i have that will not get KOed by the titan or get knocked down from the top and heal scroll self. on top of that most of the stuff i need are for her and i like to do something during the raid but lack voice chat. so crystal running is the best role i can fill... next to piking ofcourse..

Sign me up! Newtou, level 16 monk is ready to go! I'm sporting 60 self buffed AC atm if that helps, can't do much else, just stand around, having 60 AC ...

Yeah, I'm keen, my play times are a bit weird though being in Australia but post here, send me a message on here or in game and hopefully I can join for this, I got Newtou flagged but haven't run it.

If you don't have someone with a balance of 40 or more, I recommend putting 2 people on the gun (both in the 30s).

I've heard people say that 37 is good enough - I've had a toon with 37 get knocked down (but not thrown). Not fun if you're on your last pillar...

I'll probably be available on my caster (Corlinda) tonight. Done all jobs except for bottom pillars, but strongly recommend someone else do the gun. I would like to learn Green (and can do DDoors) but if necessary will run Red. I could also bring my Cleric if you need a FoM/DW caster.

Once, I ended up having to do the gun on my cleric, since my 32 balance was the highest in party...successful but not a fun time.

If memorry serves you have to keep in mind that everyone fails on a 1. Not sure if thats what you meant but thought I would throw it out there xP

    Skills are not auto-fail on a 1, nor are they auto-succeed on a 20

I have never run this raid, but would like to learn it. I have on character ready to run it (Stelvar, lvl 20 Paladin) and another I could easily flag (Stethos, 10 Pal / 3 Monk / 2 Ftr). Let me know when this is going to happen.

Pretty much sometime after the abbot, if all things go smoothly doesn't take 20 minutes to do the abbot. If something goes wrong, someone d/c or lag or unknown happens it could be a bit later. I'll update on here if it takes longer than planned.

I'd be interested. I've got 4 toons flagged but don't see too many LFM's for it. I've done both Red and Green before but still need practice to get faster at both. I can't consistently get on before 9:30 p.m. c.s.t. Not sure what time you are thinking of trying to put this together but if it's in that range just let me know. My flagged toons are Antello, Antelli, Kinisar and Erifeci.
