Launcher Problem

My DDo login launcher doesn't want to let me log in.
Every time I try I get an error saying http://gls-auth.ddo.com/GLS.authServer/Service.asmx and that the underlying connection was unexpectedly closed.
When I try to send a report, the computer says that it can't send one for some reason, and when I tried to access the turbine support website, it doesn't let me access it. It keeps trying to send me there, then bumps me back, then tries to again.
I've tried to login on two different accounts and they both got the same error.
So... um... Anyone else getting this? What's going on? How do I fix it?

Is your internet wired or wireless? What's the make and model of your router and cable modem?

Any other information about your system would be helpful, such as a DXDiag that shows some system specs.

I'm having this problem.
when I open the client. it hangs on the following screen: Getting data centers
I tried to post here in this same solution. and nothing!

screen does not show guilt or similar.

Can anyone help me?

Wireless connection. I'm using Windows Vista and all I know is it's a Speedstream model.

Nvm my problem. I was able to access turbine support on another computer and followed the directions they had.
They had my problem in the list so I just did what they told me to do and it's working now.

Can you post what specifically fixed your problem? This problem seems to pop up on these forums a couple times per month, but none of the threads so far have had the specific solution contained in them.

If you're not using Internet Explorer as your main browser, make sure you can
connect to this web site using IE. DDO uses the same settings as IE to access
the Internet.
