    Update:

    I went the Warchanting Path, my stats are:

    Drow Lv. 4;
    16 STR, 16 Dex, 16 Cha, 12 Con (+2 Con on ability upgrades);
    Feats: Power Attack; Toughness

    I'm really enjoying this character, great solo ability, useful in parties and stuff, now I have one last question:

    I'm having doubts about going TWF: On one side, the Shortsword/Rapier enhancements from Drows are great, but it costs 3 feats and I don't know if the damage compensates it (Does it?) Also, I have +13 Bonus even without TWF (Only self-buffed) and I hit just fine. What should I do? Thanks in advance

    I have a 14 Bard (Halfling) that I just recently Greater Reincarnated from a Warchanter to a Spellsinger.

    Thus far, I think that I have found the song that grants a spell point reduction to casting (for when the party is buffing) and the song that grants spell point regen (single target at the moment- and I wish it were more than 2sp/tick) to be of more use to the party than the Ironskin chant (d/r 5) PROVIDED- and this is crucial- that the party knows that you are a Spellsinger and that you can take care of the Blur and Greater Heroism (to reduce the Wiz/Sorc's expenditure of spell points) and that you can backup heal (let the Cleric concentrate on Heal rather than CCW or CMW). If they are unaware that you can help out in those areas, a good portion of your utility is gone even before you start. So speak up!

    I also gained about 300 spell points after reincarnating, so I have an even larger sp pool to buff and heal, toss CC spells on occasion, and generally help the various party and raid members be better at whatever it is they do. About the only things I gave up in the process were a handful of hit points (not planning to melee much anyway), the Greater Heroism song (I do miss that) and my proficiency with battleaxes, which means no more Paralyzing battleaxe- but, again, I'm pretty squishie so melee isn't high on my list.

    If your preference is to play a support Bard, then you really ought to consider a Spellsinger, though any of the three archetypes are pretty solid.

    Your song and power attack apply to each hand. With the full feats you will have and 80% chance for your offhand attack to tirgger. Yout offhand gets 1/2 your STR bonus added to damage (instead of full like main hand). So yed it adds a lot of damage compared to a single 1 handed weapon.

    The THF vs TWF is a different debate. I would say for your drow you are set up nicely for twf. All you need is a +1 tome to get the 17 DEX required for the full chain. With maxing haggle you should be able to sell stuff easy enough to be able to by one. If you wanted to do THF Horc is the race to be.
