It's annoying how you have to wait for a crystal to burn out before you slot another one in. The +15 hp crystal is the only one I ever use, and it's especially irritating when there's about 10 minutes left on the crystal and you have a raid starting immediately.
How about changing it so that you do not need to wait for the crystal to "burn out" before you put another one in?

That would be nice, or at least by putting the same crystal into the slot will work just like ship amenities. You just add time to the current one.

I've never used guild crystals, but shouldn't they be like hirelings? Once you're in a quest, it should last 'til the end? I'm guessing from context that that is not the case...

It's like buffs for your equipment. One crystal lasts 6 hours and starts ticking down regardless of where you are, as long as you are logged in. The timer pauses if you store the slotted item in the bank or mail.

totally agree... I currently use the medium health and power crystals... the way they work needs to be looked at
either have them pause when you're not in a quest (a la xp elixers and hirelings) or allow you to overwrite them before they burn out, even if you could only replace health for health, power for power, etc...boo-tai jung-tzahng-duh

I posted a thread in suggestions about the same thing 3 months ago and now would like to add the latest annoyance:
(Error): Ingredient Ring must be unequipped.
So now, in order to get 10hp and 80sp in each of my rings, I also have to wait or eat and drink in the bar to get back the lost 30hp and 90sp from the unequipping of a +6 casting stat and a GFL item.
It's the login strip-search all over again.
