Some effects need to have crafting level lowered

Featherfalling is in the 40s?

I don't see why these effects have to require so much XP to craft....

I haven't seen 20% striding less than level 9 items - that may explain the lvl 72 req,,, but that is an oversight on thier part FOR SURE !
