Monk: Increased unarmed damage

was just wondering. The increase a monk gets to unarmed damage as they level does this also apply when they wield monk weapons. The description of the feat states unarmed or when wielding ki weapons. Would appreciate any input anyone has.

I think the feat you are talking about is Flurry of blows. What the description is saying is that while centered a monk gets a full fighter BAB. The actually increase in die step for damage is only for unarmed attacks.
