monk adept of wind

does anyone know if the Monk's adept of wind stance (+10% attack speed) and the acrobat greater competance bonus to staves stack?

yes they do stack.
but windstance doesn't stack with haste.

edit:
except the double strike does stack with haste , just not the speed.
