Blue Dragon Scales Lottery

Greetings Cannith!

So here's what I am thinking. Anyone interested to have a blue scales lottery? One lucky toon will have his armor, woot! Here are the simple rules.

1. Entry fee is one blue dragon scale.
2. 25 entries, you choose what number you want.
3. I will roll a 1d25, the result will be the winner. Winner takes all.
4. The roll will be done in real time where all the participants are able to see
5. 2 max entries are only allowed per Toon.
6. Draw date to be decided later. (suggested date would be: April 15/16, 2011)
7. (When are we going to pay?) Entry fee payment will be decided later at the same time as item #6
8. NEW RULE! The winner must show his / her blue dragonscale armor to me so that I can snap a picture and post it in the forums. (Just like I am passing you a novelty check)

So what do you think guys? If you are interested, please sign below and state your number, so we can start the ball rolling. If we can't reach 20, then I guess it is not that interesting

Just so you know, Eladrin confirmed that the changes to the 'vintage' dragonscales are delayed.

They aren't just changing it from 25 to 20, they are also changing the scales from a quest-based turnin to a barter box, but the removal of the 'Collect me 25 blue scales' quests has caused them trouble.

You should do a separate lottery for each of the 3 basic dragonscale armors. I would suggest a Red one too, but I believe those scales hold too much value to just throw it into a lottery.

I got this idea from other servers where the prize is the Red dragonscale. We will see if the blue works (which IMHO is more valuable for others), then if anyone is interested with black or white, we can have that.

So... just read that the update will not include the lower cost of dragonscale armor and it will remain 25.

20 is something for the future and it wasn't supposed to be in the Release Notes.
