    Default Complaint about one of your Ingame Customer Supporters

    I have a complaint about one of your Staff.
    Actually, it is more than that. I am mad as hell about the rude, unfriendly and furthermore unhelpful behaviour of this person (not telling names here).

    I want officially file a complaint about him. What is the way to do that, so that this gets really processed?

    To simply provide feedback (and not receive a response) you may click the support link in my signature, then click the "Support Center" tab at the top of the page. Then click the "Feedback" link on the right.

    If you would like to receive a response to your comments, please "Submit a Ticket" to DDO In-Game Support.
