I pay for DDO via certapay interac email money tranfer. I received my receipt from my bank and shortly after received my game pass code in my email. I entered the code and I got the green message that my subsciption had been successfully resumed. A little while later I received to receipt from Turbine telling me that my subscription was resumed. A couple hours later I came to log into the game and my subscription is still set at Premium status rather than VIP. If I try to reenter the game code, it just says that that card is already in use..but where??The last time this happened to me it was over a week before I got it straightened out. It's not as easy as just calling customer service because I am usually unavailable at work during Turbine's office hours. I have had a subscription since 2007 and only recently has this become such an annoying problem for me. What can I do or how can I contact someone to fix this without waiting for days. As my account is not VIP, it does not give me the option to submit an in game ticket.
