    Unhappy Game code doesn't work properly.

    I pay for DDO via certapay interac email money tranfer. I received my receipt from my bank and shortly after received my game pass code in my email. I entered the code and I got the green message that my subsciption had been successfully resumed. A little while later I received to receipt from Turbine telling me that my subscription was resumed. A couple hours later I came to log into the game and my subscription is still set at Premium status rather than VIP. If I try to reenter the game code, it just says that that card is already in use..but where??The last time this happened to me it was over a week before I got it straightened out. It's not as easy as just calling customer service because I am usually unavailable at work during Turbine's office hours. I have had a subscription since 2007 and only recently has this become such an annoying problem for me. What can I do or how can I contact someone to fix this without waiting for days. As my account is not VIP, it does not give me the option to submit an in game ticket.

    We actually have a sticky if a Game Time Card does not give you VIP time. You can post in the sticky if you run into this.

    Game Time Cards are actually something you want the Account Management Team to look into, not the In-Game Team. So, you don't want to submit an In-Game ticket for that, but you can use the information in my signature to contact Account Support. They will be happy to help you!
