This is my first attempt at my own build on DDO, though I have previous 3.5 experience in both Neverwinter Nights games.

I should state the obvious now to get it out of the way:
1. I know ranged is generally weak, and that it has a bad reputation in this game. I accept the limitations of ranged combat.
2. I know that I need to melee from time to time, and have built that capability in the build (TWF from ranger levels, finesse and power attack).
3. I know the build starts with a low con score of 12. I'm sitting on most of the tomes I need for this, including the con tome, so that will be 14 at level 7. I also grabbed toughness and several rounds of racial toughness. I think 400 HP is easily in range once I get geared up for endgame.

Where I need help is:

1. Build order: Did i do enough optimizing on the level order? My goal was to keep this playable throughout and get the "must haves" as soon as I could.
2. Gearing this build out: I am very new at upper level play in DDO and could use help coming up with a list of things to farm for this build and advice on what sort of items to build for him.
