Handing over leader to guild member accidentaly

I tried to give guild leader to one of my alts and I have accidental given it to an inactive member is there a way i can fix this?

It depends on how inactive the player is. After a certain time I believe you can overthrow him/her. I can't remember if this is live or future updates, I believe its live.

so i have to wait 55 days and it will be mine again lovely hope i can last that long. thank you for your help

Actually that quote by Codeshaper is outdated.

we’ve now removed the ability of officers and members to usurp, and increased the successor waiting period to 180 days, just to be really safe.
