This is hardly the first time they have seemed to wait until we complain or question something before commenting on a change or suspension in a policy. Does it really take so much time out of their day to make an announcement? Or is is it some system of text-approval, (that is that a statement may have to be approved by numerous people), which delays or impedes information getting to the players?

I was also looking for the sales and I think a little notice before the players start questions about whats going on would have been nice, too.
Maybe we get now more like that "Drow Week" with other stuff 50% off then shortswords and rapiers for a whole week?

A little bit of prior communication would be appropriate or maybe even just updating the darn TurbineTuesdays URL to give the word rather than a generic 404 error. This isn't that hard to manage...

Well... I suppose then I won't be spending my 12,827 turbine points until the next festival days. No great loss for Turbine though really -- they already benefited from the sale of the turbine points. If Turbine Tuesdays are going to be gone for good then I'll be watching for 50% percent coupons to use on my entire cart -- this is especially true if the coupon system is aimed at replacing it. Lacking that mega coupon, please rethink this decision.

My guess is we are finding out that too many sales too often means nobody is paying the rack rate
