I'm a little curious about the dragonmark feats and figured the only build I would use them on is a fighter, since they have the feats to waste. Here's my opinion of them so far.
The mark of passage seems like a convenience. I can see the potential in the sentinel line for tanking, but also the potential of it not being necessary for tanking. The mark of finding seems pretty meh, since it only works on random loot, which basically means more plat for my hagglebard. Although the knock is tempting, but it doesn't seem like you would get the dc's for it to actually be effective. I'm not too sure about the mark of storm for half-elves. I could see some limited use there, but again, how effective are they? I think those are the only ones I would consider. What's the word on these?
Below is a build with the mark of passage. I have planned this build without the dragonmark feats and I would take power attack at 4, stunning blow at 6, and toughness at 14, 15, and 18. I won't be tanking and this isn't a min/max build. But I will be leveling quickly and soloing a lot with it, so I figured the dragonmark of passage is a nice convenience for leveling, even though I'll be putting off some of my dps until higher levels and sacrificing 66 HP. I should still end up with 587 standing HP with gear.
