I have a possible solution for Intimidate

Turbine,
please make the following additional change for Intimidate:

- instead of intimidate SETTING your threat to the highest threat + buffer, have it ADD more threat = highest threat + buffer.

i.e. say you have 500 hate, and the highest person has 2000 hate.
Instead of Intim setting your hate = 2000+buffer, have it ADD 2000+buffer to your 500.

Or does it already work that way?
