builds are already done with full ships buff in mind, at least walk for them... :/
This woudl be a HUGE improvement in game play. Right now people often wait around until a party is full, then go buff. I think its rude, but people do it to maximize the buff. If the buff paused they could buff up and be at the door with full buffs when the quest started.
And while we are at it, P buffs should get the same pause.
Hardly gamebreaking. Especially since I'm pretty certain no one runs out of a 1hr buff between the ship and a vendor.

/signed if paused when having joined a party and waiting till raid forms. It is annoying to lose 15 min on buffs even if they are for lazya**es. They are available so I want to use them for full potential.
it would help stop the "last min buffers" then agian, always goin to be that one, "can I haz a high lvl ship invite plz?"

Guild buffs should be completely removed except arguably the experience shrine; being part of a guild shouldn't actually help your character in combat.
And then, I doubt they are going to remove them, I would rather see Guild buffs be a passive buff that never leaves your character once you log in, so people don't have to annoy the **** out of everyone by having to run to their ship for buffs; nerf the buffs, make them a permanent buff to everyone in guild (So, say the Kobold shaman becomes just +1 saves, it becomes permanent on log in. The resistance shrines get knocked down to 5/10/15 etc.)
But, if they don't make them permanent on log in buffs either, then /signed.
Let like stacking bonuses scale down tiers; i.e. wearing a +2 dodge/excep. item and a +2 dodge/excep. item currently is only +2; let the 2nd +2 item imitate a +1 item, giving you +3. Allow this for all stacking bonuses (Heal. Amp 30->20->10) Absorption (20->15->10)etc. Lowest tier bonuses (10 Heal Amp, 10 absorb, 1 dodge) do not scale down ever.
/signed plus if you have a full party with all guildies the buffs should not disappear on death. A nice little reward for guild cameraderie.

How is it an easy button? Unless ofcourse you are referring to getting the guild buffs as being difficult even though all it requires is running around the ship consuming time you could use for questing. The thing is with the navigators on the ship its pretty fast as it is to grab your buffs, teleport to the public zone where the quest is and if you have to, run through the relative wilderness area to get to it. Pausing ship buffs timers just stops that extra waste of time.
