Trinket- Bloodstone/Mummified Bat/Greater Bold
bracers- claw
gloves- claw
cape- envenomed (cant find anything else atm :[)
ring1- resistance +4
ring2- ancient band
boots- striders
belt- str+5

i really want to slot con somewhere :[

I would probably drop ancient band, and pick stuff from:

+5 con belt
+5 str ring
+5 con ring
+5 con necklace
+4 wis ring from red fens
+4 resistance cloak
(ring of venom from red fens)
(the gloves, the helm, and the ring from eye of stone triology <- if you have them you can put back on the ancient band and use maybe a +5 con belt)

If you want to keep your current gear set up - the minos provides the heavy fort. the only thing the ancient band adds is protect +3. Ditch that and add a health ring.
