error help

Hello guys, i was wondering if any of the techies out there could share some insite & possible help me with my comp issues.Friday night i managed to get some malware/virus on my comp which caused me to have to system restore.I restored it back to 2 weeks ago to be safe,after getting everything back to normal i tried to log on to DDO.Didnt make it to the logon screen before a error report came up and said to contact tech support.I figured the restore must have screwed something up so i uninstalled/reinstalled the game but it didnt fix the problem.It wouldnt let me copy/paste the error report so i went into appdata/launcher and pulled this.

I sent it to tech support,but they wont get back to me for 1-3 days.And i searched the forums but didnt see anything about this issue.Do any of you know what is causing this problem or know how to fix it?Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
