Its hard to trade them 1:1, cos' price is more like 1:1.5 or 1:2.
But may be you find someone, its a metter of luck.

Worth is a relative term. SOS is WAAAAY more game changing than emarilith but it's also a bit more common of a scroll.

Because DDO is a supply and demand market, and the demand for Marlith scrolls far outpaces the supply. Why should a person who pulls one give it away for far less than others are willing to pay? Why would you expect them to act like a charity? In DDO scrolls are currency, and it's ridiculous to expect people to give away their currency simply because there are other people who desire it. I got paid last month. I'm going to get paid again this month but I'm going to keep the money and spend it on useful things, not just give it away to the first person who asks for it

That being said, I do find it very strange that so many people feel the need to come in and tell people what their items are worth. This guy offered a trade. If somebody wants to make that trade, they will, if they don't they won't. I can understand one respectfully worded reply informing them that they will be more likely to get the scroll they are looking for if they offer more, but these threads usually end up with a dozen or more replies mocking the person and arguing over the true value of the desired scroll.

this is all bs let the guy try to make his trade when i crafted my sos i traded 2 red scales for the scroll. It basically boils down to what that person needs that you are trading with if he really needs that 1 scroll or those 3 or 4 scales he will make the trade god knows the grinding gets annoying.
