Lammania FAQ?

I was all excited to see how the Savant changes would affect my Tukaw clone. I downloaded Lammania yesterday. I installed it this morning. I logged on and discovered I have to change a feat to try out the PrEs. Obviously I didn't check the PrE's requirements too well. I ran into a little situation with Fred. He was looking for Dragonshards and I am fresh out. Turbine is offering them in the store, but I'll be beholder-stoned if I pay my real money to buy dragonshards on the testing server where they will be swept away in the next update.

Is there a FAQ somewhere for Lammania? I don't play on it much and I have questions that 1,000's of people have probably already asked. If someone could point me toward the FAQ, I'd be much obliged. If it is clearly posted in this thread, and I am just too blind to see it, please also note how silly/lazy/stupid I am in your reply.

Why do I need Siberys Dragonshards to change feats on Lammania?
I did not have to pay gold to respec my feats (maybe because some of them have been removed?). I thought this was a testing ground. I need to change a feat on my sorc in order to take the 2nd level of the Savant PrEs. The toon on which I keep my Dragonshards was not one I chose to copy over (bank toon). This brings me to my next question:

Do I actually pay for Turbine points spent on Lammania?
If I have to use my real Turbine points on Lammania, I will not be switching this feat. If I don't switch the feat, I won't be testing the savant PrE out on Lammania. I assume I am not the only one in this situation. Sometimes I assume too much, usually on forum posts. Please set me straight.

hint : search google or ask in /advice on lamannia in the harbor area where to find sir poincelot. this particular npc is handing out 2000tp a day, only usable on the test server.

also powers of observation should have told you that the buy tp page on the lamannia store wasn't available.

btw- my powers of observation are very low. Both spot and search are negative!
