Lev 75 for shard creation, but 100 for item creation available?

Currently in the bound shard machine the crafting level is set to 75 for shard creation, yet if you look at the item creation machine, there are higher than 75 shards... +6 stats for example... where as you can only make +5 stat shards.

So are we going to get 100 crafting for ive, are the 76-100 shards only available via drops or something, or are the devs going to leave us with seeing the higher teir stuff but without a way to craft it for 6 months?

Dev indications that the crafting system is not going to be rolled out in its entirety for U9, but will be incrementally boosted over several updates. This will include higher crafting levels, higher power shards, and new shards with currently unavailable effects (or even brand new effects altogether).
