No they did not.

They stated the dreamspitter specificly would be changed back.

And it has. It's description now reads "on critical hits" rather then "chance" like the craftable life stealing.

They're different effects.

Tho this is turbine were talking about, so I went and tested the new updated dreamspitter:
It does not proc on every crit.

I believe that says Life-Stealing......not Dreamspitter....unless I am seeing things or there was a response after this one......if there was my apologies.

I decided to make it when I realised I could actually make lifestealing shards.

Was fun, but couldn't really think of what else would be a good prefix for it, maybe (improved) cursespewing would work well as a debuffing weapon.

It neat but not insanly poweriful p. Sorry 3 out 4 crits means even with improve crit this goes off at must 10%, 2 out 20 hits. From my xp must things are dead in less then 4 to 5 hits anyway, unless doing elite.. It has it uses, but not insanly poweriful. Dps in this game is what is insanly poweriful.

Hmm auto crits does not matter what your crit range is buddy . You could use anything. neat fun weapon but not really overpowered when thing about it .

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to do, or only to the test server?
I have level 40 or above in all schools, but the shard does not appear to do, has some secret to this shard (the name would be: shard of Life Stealing)

It was removed. Since Life Stealing was reverted to 100% proc rate on crit, theses were considered OP.
I have a guy on Lammania dual wielding +4 Holy of LS - they do proc on every crit and ARE OP...

I agree, OP. I have a pair of life stealing scims. With a high crit profile wep and a crit build, almost every swing is a level drain.
