Guild Chat

First time confusion. sorry.
My character Kayllen had a broken chat box - I put it back together, but her guild chat is broken. I click on the guild tab, but can not type automatically on it. Don't recieve the messages either. I've looked for a solution and an confused. It isn't broken with any of my Alts.

Right clickthe guild tab. make sure Guild is checked for incomming and outgoing.
