Arcane Bolts from "bonuses from deconstruction"...anyone seen any?

Greater Potency I Heavy Mace, I stopped writing them all down after the first 25 though so I have no idea on the rest. Too early to tell but I would say that any deconstruct probably has a small chance to also create the corresponding rare item, maybe 1 out of 5 if I were to guess?
