Whats going on with server transfers?`

For some reason the transfer people are unable to send certain characters between worlds at the moment. Why is this?

My main has been transferred to khyber but my other two are stranded. I was wanting to send one more character but am unable too.

If there is any information I can provide to help pinpoint the problem im happy to do so.
