Default Zergie 13 Rog 6 Monk 1 Rgr

With the update 9 changes, making rogues great DPS again it got me thinking about new builds.

Thus I created the Zergster. Why warforged? I love immunities, and I dont play anything else though I am sure he would be fine as a fleshie.

    Incredibly fast
    http://ddowiki.com/page/Run_speed

    10% Monk fast movement
    10% Thief Acrobat II
    35% Ranger Sprint Boost
40% Haste (though its actually 32) from Pot or friendly caster.

    Stealthy

Shadow Fade - from NinjaSpy1 this really is the key to zerging with this toon. Ki based invisibility it also happens to give 25% incorporeal.

    DPS

This toon can use handwraps or shortswords depending on if you are going AC or DPS at that moment. As he has both Improved Criticals.

He gets 8% chance to double strike with Opportunist and Windstance.

His sneak attack dice will be 7d6 (rog) + 1d6 NS + 12 (rog enhancements) = 40 average sneak attack without item bonuses.

I did not outlay skills, but in order of importance to me:

Bluff (with the upcoming changes, it makes this build very nice)
    UMD
    Intimidate
    Search
    Disable Device
    Balance
Open Lock (at least one point)
    Users preference

    Defense

    Improved Evasion

I did not break down the AC, however highlights
    Showtime
    Improved Uncanny Dodge
    Monk Wisdom bonus
    Combat Expertise
There is everything there to achieve an extremely high AC

    With that thoughts? Critiques?

Using anything else than Quarterstaves with Acrobat is a sin!
Drop STR to max out DEX, make Halfling and get Epic Staff of Nat Gann (Dex mod for attack and damage).
High sneak damage, epic Reflex saves and nice AC, self healing from dragonmarks (no THF feats).

1 ranger is a total waste. Almost any other class would be more beneficial.

Rgr 1 is for Sprint Boost. I'm not sure it's a good idea, but the whole point is to have a Turbo Boost button. IIRC, only rgrs & barbs get Sprint Boost, and barb isn't an option here.

I had thought about 1 fighter. However I am not sure it would really add any DPS or anything else worthwhile. This guys stunning blow DC just is not going to get high enough. Granted it would allow a 2nd toughness and 1 tier of class toughness for 32 Hit Points.

I guess it is up to ones play style but I would not consider sprint boost a wasted level.

Have virtually the same build up at 10 at the mo and yes, for people who love zerging, sprint boost is reason enough.
