Default Wind Howler + Shimering Arrowhead

WIND HOWLER + SHIMERING ARROWHEAD my question is: do they stack? runing an AA and if it stacks the bracers will be just great if not...don't think they will be of any use in such toon.
If any one has this figured out please tell me.

Can't tell you if the +to hit / +to dam stacks, can tell you that the 10d6 (fort for half) on vorpal is a very nice increase to DPS. Being able to dispell firewall, clouds and (I think) dancing balls as well is handy too.

Well they do stack, tested it so it makes a great combo for archer.

yes they do, and the attack bonus from marksmanship stack with almost everything but the bonus is not reflected on the items page.

also, i never felt that shimmering arrowhead is a worthy endgame item. there are better alternatives like bloodstone.

I do disagree with arrow not being good, i have a bloodstone and i switch it for arrow because i have no luck with spectral gloves and like that the arrow makes a good item specialy if you need a boost to hit. If i get my TOD set i will probably swap back to bloodstone. Still it remains that arrow is a good esy To get item for lvl18

dont think any ranged toon should have a problem with to hit at end game tho.

Even on my melee, I use my arrowhead rather than my bloodstone in most epics. The extra to-hit seems worth more than the extra seeker to me. (In non-epics, I do use the bloodstone primarily.)

For an archer, who actually gets some benefit from crippling, I would imagine that's even more true.

About To hit on ranged ist rue that it's not hard To be good at it In thecend game but sure it helps specialy when wielding blades. As for the bracers they also add To damage. Even for ranged you can never have To much to hit or damage
