guilds thats it just guilds

So i was playing yesterday and i askd a fairly simple ? to my guild.And while there were maybe 17 ppl online the only answer i got was "up yours" or "depends on how far you shove it up ur ass". then it hit me,i was in a guild full of jerks.So i left but now i still want to be in a guild but i want to make an educated choice.I'm looking for a guild that is newbie friendly and that will support me all the way. I want one that wont put pressure on me to lvl up or to get more reknown. so i guess a fairly laidback while still serious about the game type of guild. An airship would be nice but i dont mind much. so please leave comments if you know of a guild on thelanis that you truly think could help me. please dont just advertise your guild actually try to help. and if you know of some other good things to look for in a guild then please comment with that to. laso what do you think of starting my own guild? i have thought about it but i dont know what i would need to do and i am only lvl 7 on my highest toon.
