More Throwing Questions

I have a Halfling Rogue with the Halfling thrown weapon focus skill, which it says can throw Dart, Shuriken, Throwing Axe, Throwing Dagger, and Throwing Hammer, Yet she can only throw Darts and Daggers WHY? (is this a bug?)

It does not give proficency in those weapons, just makes you better at the ones you are proficient with.
