Helmet: Event Seeker +6 hat / Concentration +15
Necklace: Shintao Necklace
Trinket: Greater Bold Trinket / Epic Gem of Many Faces
Cloak: Epic Envenomed Cloak
Belt: Knosts Belt / Morgana's Belt
Ring: Encrusted Ring / Morgana's Ring
Ring: Shintao Ring
Gloves: Epic Brawlers Gloves
Boots: Epic Boots of Corrosion
Bracers: Epic Scorched Bracers
Armor: Garments of Equilibrium
Goggles: Epic Ravens Sight

To Hit +48 as is / +52 add Morgana's set / +56 add Epic Gem
Gain: 6 base damage / +2 exceptional to hit / 20 hp
Loose: flaming / 10% double strike/+1 stun dc

Helmet: Event seeker +6 hat / Concentration +15
Necklace: Oremi's
Trinket: Greater Bold Trinket / Epic Gem of Many Faces
Cloak: Epic Envenomed Cloak
Belt: Morgana's Belt / Knosts Belt
Ring: Morgana's Ring / Encrusted Ring
Ring: Oremis
Gloves: Epic Brawlers Gloves
Boots: Boots of Corrosion
Bracers: Epic Scorched Bracers
Armor: Garments of Equilibrium
Goggles: Epic Ravens Sight

To Hit : +48 (either gem or morgana's) / +52 (add other piece)
Gain: flaming/ 10% double strike/ +1 stun dc
Loose: -6 damage / 20 hp

In set up 2 the choice is between
1. morgana's set and Greater Bold trinket
2. Frenzied Berserker set and Epic Gem

I guess the real question is 10% double strike or +6 base damage

do the math. is 10% of your 'base' dmg = +6 or less?

Truth is, they prob are very close in dps, just matters what u prefer. At least with both setups you got good kigen!
