    Default Absolutely confusing VIP account activation

    Good day for the staff of this great game. I have encountered quite a few problems when i wanted to go VIP and i really need some help.

    This is the situation : I am from Czech republic (Europe) and i want the VIP 29.99 three month plan and i want to pay by paymobile (or any other provider, just by mobile). When you go to https://myaccount.turbine.com and want to order this, you can't see any plans, the only thing there is the credit card form. Okay, there is also the Gamepass option, so i use it and see this : Three month plan for 45.49 and this :

    Our Game Pass is only available to those living in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and New Zealand.

    I don't really understand the problem here, because ingame in DDO Store, you can normally buy anything by paymobile except VIP.

    I hope i can get your answer

    There is actually a lot of good information in this sticky.

    Currently, we are only able to accept credit cards or Game Time Cards for VIP access. PayPal and other payment methods are available for Turbine Points purchases but not VIP access at this time.

    We can also accept gift cards, pre-paid cards and debit cards. They do have to have a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo on them.
