I noticed that Heat Death states 10 + CON Bonus + CL
My CL is 18 + 6 + Fire Helm = 27
But The Heat Death says the save is 39
10+11(con) + 18 = 39
Shouldn't I get the Fire Savant CL Bonus of 6?
So it should be 45 eh?

You're mixing up class level and caster level. The DC relies on class level.

Yea using total effective caster level for fire spells would make it too high a DC.
But i think it could have some balance in between. (for all savant pre specials, not just fire)
Ex could say:
This counts as untyped spell for caster level purposes. No maximum caster level, but can only be increase by generic caster level bonuses such as arcane augmentation.
So CL would equal 20.. No savant bonus since it wont count as a fire spell. No dragon helm.
But could at least go to 22 for having the epic staff. That would still be balanced.
PS: Does it at least use your enhancements for damage boosts? Or it is just a flat 2000 that cant scale except for maybe monster vulnerabilities by using the deubff first?

Acording to the description, nearly nothing should be immune. Just fire-creatures.. So stuff that is immune to web because its fire sub type i bet - fire elemental,s giants, etc.. none of which are so common they would reduce the abilitys usefullness that much.
and fortitude saves are not that high in this game at all. They are all pretty balanced and beatable by caster with good DCs, and this has a very easy to boost DC that will be good almost automatically.
I can think of thousands of differnet monsters I wouldn't mind crushing with a nice 2000 point nuke. Sure the cooldown is obscene, but its a powerful ability.
I'd think of it as having 2 very long near-unresistable insta kills instead of 1 for most quests trash (even epic after the hp nerf), and a very nice nuke for some bosses too. (Other one being the new power word kill)
Too bad it doesnt work on undead.. seems you have to be alive for the spell to work heh
